Brasserie Baya – Local brewery in Normandy
If you love good things and great conversations, head to Bayeux for a stop at Brasserie Baya, where Franck and Thierry — two passionate brewers — run a 100% local craft brewery.
In their workshop, they lovingly brew bold, generous beers using ingredients like malt grown right in Bayeux. Every sip tells a story of the region — a blend of craftsmanship and local flavor.
🍺 The visit is truly worth it: you'll get to discover each step of the brewing process, chat with the brewers (as friendly as they are passionate), and of course, taste their creations on site. And trust us — it’s hard to leave empty-handed…

Claude Denis – Honey & Beekeeping
Based in Thue-et-Mue, Claude Denis produces local, authentic honey, crafted with traditional know-how and deep respect for the bees.
You’ll find a variety of delicious honeys, including creamy white honey and spring honey — perfect on a slice of fresh bread… and truly a treat!
Isigny-Sainte-Mère Cooperative
Since 1932, the Isigny Sainte-Mère Cooperative has been showcasing Normandy’s dairy expertise with its rich, indulgent products — from butter and cream to iconic cheeses like Camembert and Pont-l’Évêque.
Thanks to the region’s lush pastures and the passionate work of local farmers, each product is a true expression of terroir, quality… and pure pleasure!
